As part of the Livelihood Scheme, 16 members from the Karaitivu region were provided with loan assistance by SWOAD to enhance their self-employment initiatives.
The event took place on 28.10.2024 at the SWOAD Karaitivu Divisional Office under the leadership of Regional Manager Mrs. Sasikala. Retired Vice President Mr. Sivapathasundaram graced the occasion as a dignitary. He shared insights on the importance of self-employment and formally handed over the cheques to the beneficiaries.
