In 2008, a tree plantation initiative was undertaken with financial assistance from the CA organization. Ten villages from six operational areas were selected for this project. The CA organization contributed 600,000.00 rupees to support the initiative.
As part of the project, 3,000 saplings of jackfruit and mango were distributed to 100 beneficiaries in each of the ten selected villages. This effort aimed at promoting environmental conservation and potentially providing a sustainable source of food for the communities involved. The financial support from the CA organization played a crucial role in the successful implementation of this community-based environmental project.
