SWOAD organized a training to develop the capacity of migrant societies members to develop their 2nd leadership skills on 05.09.2024 at Akkaraipattu SWOAD head office by K. Premalathan, program manager of the organization. 25 participants participated in this training. Funding for this was provided by Voice of Migrant (VOM).
