To enhance the performance of employees and provide necessary guidance and advice for the business development of member families at the village level, field workers and local coordinators are working with the community to increase their income through business-related activities, thereby contributing to economic development. A training session on preparing business plans was conducted by Mr. K. Piramalathan, the program coordinator of the SWOAD organization, on June 24, 2024, at the SWOAD headquarters. All employees and members of the management committee participated in this training.
